Sparkling Rosé - The PeaceOn the palate you will notice an up front dryness, lovely red berry and Turkish delight flavours followed by a clean, lingering finish with a burst of raspberry. Made using methode traditional bottle fermentation, followed by a minimum of six months on lees , the wine is a lovely pale pink colour with a intense red berry and rose petal aroma. This makes it perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment for light meals and celebrations. Drink Chilled.
