An avid and passionate runner who have run several Marathons and Half marathons across India. Some of his great achievements include multiple 42.195km marathons, 2 times Pro-cam finisher and Ladakh HM Marathon finisher

Karthik Ramachandran
A person who breathes upon fitness who manages work, children, home and her fitness routine. She managers to find time for self and ensure she hit the gym 5 days per week. Her daily diet is something phenomenal. She believes fitness is a game changer to lead a healthy life and she feels everyone must prioritize it above all to lead a happy life. She considers graceful aging, flexibility and discipline as a added bonus when one takes part in fitness.

Ramya Kalaiarasan
A badminton player with a never give up attitude. Recently after a critical injury he had managed to recover in no time and get back on the badminton court. He believes fitness is the one which gives him moral courage to recover and start his fitness routine back. He challenges himself and manages to burn close to 30,000 calories which is a average of 1000 calories a day combining badminton and strengthening sessions. He says “Physical activity is a great stress burner and helps him in moving into fit lifestyle and could sense a change in physical and mental health’"

Naveen Kumar
A Young cricketer who regularly shows up for the practices without missing any days. He likes it for the way it is being played as a team and keeps him active throughout the day. He involves the team and organizes Turf session with the whole team on Monthly basis.

Sabari Nath
An energetic runner starts most of his days by 0430 AM to ensure he is there at the start point to join the team to run together. He has run several running events and his best timing for 10k includes 50 Minutes. He has run a cross country run at Kolli Hills of 26kms which is 1200 m above the sea level and a tough trail run of CTC comprised of 34Kms in deserted and rough trail area.

Nikil Sanjay
Monish says "Going to the gym has become more than just a routine for me—it's a space where I challenge myself, clear my mind, and grow stronger. The sense of achievement after every session boosts my confidence, positively impacting my social life by making me feel more energized and engaged. It’s amazing how this simple habit has improved both my physical well-being and my interactions with others." Sri Monish Raj
Athreya keeps himself engage with walk, running and playing badminton. Engaging in any fitness activity gives him mental agility, positive emotion and team sport. He finds fitness gives him a healthy and happy life. He has achieved to run a few 10k, 1 Half Marathon and consistently playing badminton.
